“It was a great getaway. The house was clean and had everything that you would need. It truly sleeps 16 people and has enough room for everyone to enjoy the time together. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We lucked out with wonderful weather so we got to enjoy the backyard for games and the kayaks and canoe for some relaxing lake activities. “The Cabin in the Woods looks very rustic on the outside, but a cabin ine the woods should. Inside was a pleasant surprise. Full kitchen, large leather wrap around sofa to watch the LARGE flat-screen TV, large dining room table, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full baths made this a perfect get away place.”

The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean.When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. We spent a good portion of our first day spraying, setting traps, and cleaning in order to make the space……

“The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host.
