“Went to Masham with friends the village is beautiful, the local pubs Kingshead, Bay Horse we frequented most of our 3 days and the staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for you. Met friendly locals and had a good laugh with the butcher, there’s plenty of local shops bakers, grocery and the cake/sweet shop which one of my friends bought all of the lemon drizzle cakes. We had a tour at The Black Sheep Brewery a must if you go to Masham and food there is excellent. Thank you Michelle, Morton House...

“Acorn Cottage was the perfect choice. Warm and cosy and it is in a delightful setting with fabulous views to the front and perfectly located for many of Yorkshire attractions such as Grassington and Kettlewell. I had a delightful stay and was sorry to leave. The cottage was spotlessly clean and has all that you would require in facilities for a perfect and restful stay. Susanne and Peter were most welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. They both assisted me above and beyond when I had a problem...

“Excellent property, everything you need is there and a warm welcome from the hosts. Christine has thought of everything. From an easy check in to kitchen essentials. With a lovely raised deck to sit with a cuppa and admire the farm animals and views. Plenty of birdsong morning and eve. Thoroughly recommend.”

“Very child friendly and amazing property, Great for large groups. Only criticism is the outdated photos of then play area, the older swings and slide have been replaced with a newer set of swings. We would definitely stop here again”
