The walls are thin and the people above me banged all night and made it very hard to sleep, outside the door you could hear people talking there were screaming children at 11 pm. You have to pay for any extras including decent WiFi.

It's a bare-bones hotel. You must go to the front desk to get a box of tissues, coat hangers and a hair dryer, as well as other items you would "normally" find in a hotel. The one thing even a bare bones hotel should include is some kind of grab bar(s) for the bathroom. There are none. Whether you're young or old, we all need to feel secure getting into the tub.

The room itself was fairly clean, but the property is a transient living facility, not a hotel. As a single mom traveling with daughters, I would absolutely not stay here again. We needed more than the 2 towels & washcloths provided (no bath mats or hand/face towels were provided) and the staff made me carry our dirty towels to the front desk before they would give me enough towels & washcloths for our stay. Additionally, I was rushing to my son's game and the front desk staff wouldn't allow us to use the guest restroom on the main level of the hotel that was clearly marked for guest use. 0/10

Highly recommend this hotel! I shopped around & found this hotel to be a great value. Full size fridge/freezer, double electric burners on counter, plenty of drawers & shelves, super nice & helpful staff, spacious, comfy bed & pillows, easy access from parking, big laundry, plenty of gear in the workout room with tv, in room flat screen with cable. I’ll certainly be back! 😊

The amenities normally found in a good hotel were missing: no tissues, light switches that didn't turn anything on or off, inexpensive mattress that didn't sleep well. The building itself was immaculate and staff was helpful, just disappointed in the overall sleeping experience.
