"Excellent service at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable as well. Bathroom was well maintained and the shower was great. Only complaint, the bathroom door was one of the newer types in hotel rooms, the sliding door. It makes for no real privacy. About to go try the breakfast, but the room looks great. I hope the food is as well. Pics are from York Beach, about an hour away. "

"This house was beautiful. Had a group of friends up for an atv weekend. We went to local tracks mx207, Hemonds atv Mx for trails and riding. The house was great for relaxing and had plenty of room for parking for trailers and trucks. Plan on renting again 100% you won’t be disappointed."

"We were very very pleased with our stay there! We rented three rooms for next day's eclipse. The rooms were VERY CLEAN and the owner is very thoughtful about the amenities provided. There is a kitchen available to anyone, with real dishware and cookware. It's like your kitchen at home. There is fridge full of eggs and with real half and half. The owner provides enough plastic cups so that someone can grab coffee and go, but really makes an effort to make environmentally friendly choices. The rooms are smaller than with modern motels but we found the space well utilized and comfy. The mattress on our double bed did have a low spot which forced me and my wife together (smiley face here), There was great WIFI too. Highly recommended if you can enjoy an old school motel that has been upgraded with modern TV, wifi etc."

"Just the right size, nothing outrageous. Clean and quiet"

"We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place to cook, eat, and relax. Self-care was a focus and we were very comfortable, indeed."

"It was fantastic! Only complaint was that the room was hot and when we tried to lower the heat it didn’t seem to be working! But other than that it was great and I would recommend the hotel!"
