"Die Lage und der Ort sind super. Auch die Größe der Wohnung ist gut. Leider wird nicht gut gereinigt. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte bei ankunft nicht, da der Filter komplett verdreckt war, das Geschirr im Schrank war entsprechend nicht sauber und in der Dusche ist dicker schwarzer Schimmel. Wenn die Reinigung angepasst wird,ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Sonst nicht."

"Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Flure zu den Wohnungen sind sehr dunkel, etwas mehr Licht wäre schön. Alles sauber und auch still. Wir haben uns über die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus gefreut. Ich schreibe mal so was ich denke, was ich ändern würde..... Die Wohnung war gut, auch von der Aufteilung. Bad ist sehr schön fertig gemacht und auch sehr sauber. Die Küche von der Optik auch gut. Leider waren zu viele alte Küchenutensilien in den Schränken. Die Töpfe unter der Spühle sind nicht so...

"Die gesamte Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Ein Strandkorb gehört zur Wohnung. Für uns gab es nur wenige Unannehmlichkeiten, wie eine fehlende Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer auf der Ostseite und die für unser Auto sehr schwierige Stellplatzlage (Wg. 6) in der Tiefgarage. Nur weil Stellplätze gegenüber nicht belegt waren, war ein einparken überhaupt möglich. Die Ausfahrt aus der TG ist bei einem 4,5m langen Auto nur mit viel Geduld, fahrerischem Können und einer 360 Sensorik möglich. Den Spiegel...

An der Gardine im Wohnbereich fehlten mehrere Gardinenröllchen und der Lampenschirm von der Stehlampe hatte zwei Risse. Aber ansonsten eine perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung .Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!"
