The pool solar panels are consistently leaking into the hallway. I got a custom to a wet floor by the front door and the door consistently sticking and having problems. Otherwise the apartment was in great shape. A little bit more attention on the kitchen appliances and utensils would be appreciated. I only had one fork.

Falta de respeto hacia los huéspedes y mal serivic
Desde mi reservación fue una pesadilla , yo hice todo con tiempo para poder disfrutar sin problemas y el host me contacto hasta el día de mi llegada siendo que yo le estuve hablando ara obtener información , le comenté que no quería tener problemas en la llegada, al llegar tuve que esperar 1 hora su respuesta para que me dieran acceso al loft , el internet nunca funciono bien a otros amigos por que veníamos en grupo el mismo día que llegaron cuando bajaron del avión les cancelaron la reservación y los dejaron a su suerte a otro compañero igual le dio su clave hasta el día siguente alas 6 am el agua sale caliente después de 10 minutos y los contamos con cronómetro en general la torre está muy bonita lástima del personal de administración que hace que tu estancia sea una pesadilla yo recomendaría a las personas que piensen dos veces antes de reservar en tribu , además el día sábado entraron a nuestra habitación para cambiar la cama siendo que nosotros ya teníamos que ir al evento que venimos y tuvimos que aceptar que se quedarán dentro del loft donde queda la seguridad …

Las amenidades están excelentes, tuve buena comunicación con el administrador y el personal de seguridad siempre estuvo a disposición. El departamento está cómodo, el único inconveniente es tratar de regular el agua de la regadera, todo lo demás muy bien.

No tiene la atención de un Hotel
El proceso de check-in es tedioso, no hay recepción, bajar una app para poder usar el elevador. El cuarto es muy bueno, pero el baño no tiene extractor y había un ligero olor de la tubería. No hay limpieza de la habitación diariamente. Tiene balcón y una muy buena vista.
