Sure its not 3 stars hotel.. maybe zero. Terrible place to stay in the most unsafe area in Guadalajara. Old building with bad conditions. Dirty room. Hotel Velvet Plaza
While the room was tidy, it was evident that a deep cleaning was much needed. Amenities like conditioner, lotion and bathroom tissue were never stocked. I had to purchase my own.
