“Archangelo was wonderful. He was there to meet us and served a fantastic breakfast. The apartment was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback was the noise from the water pump which was quite loud. But the location was easy walking distance to downtown and the parking was great. ”

“Objective Facts: - On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund. - On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work. - Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that. - It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani……

“ The hosts were very nice. When I could not get transportation from the train station to the hotel, one of the owners came and picked me up. I tried to give her money to pay for that and she wouldn’t accept it. They also let me stay a bit later in the afternoon so that I could meet up with an Uber.
