This cozy and luxurious 2 BR 2 bath condo has a private balcony with one of the best views in the community looking straight out to Mobile Bay & views of the Gulf from 2nd bedroom. The condo features Granite Counter tops, Tile Floors, and Luxury Vinyl Floors. One parking pass is included with the reservation. One additional parking pass may be purchased 72 hours prior to check in for $40.

The family room overlooks the bay with a flat screen smart HDTV with dish network, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable, and wireless internet.

Rental also includes use of Navy Cove's private boat launch and first come first serve guest boat slips. Keep an eye on your boat from our balcony!

Navy Cove is a gated private community, featuring 2 pools & 2 hot tubs, private boat ramp, fish cleaning stations, BBQ grilling areas, private beach area on the bay, long boardwalk and gazebo with picnic tables.

Gulf beach access with parking is just a 5 min walk across the street. Enjoy the pristine white sand and clear blue waters of Fort Morgan's beaches that are much less crowded than those in nearby Gulf Shores & Orange Beach.

There is a full service Marina next door and it is only 3 miles from our harbor to the opening of the Gulf of Mexico with some of the best fishing (Surf, Pier, Bay, Offshore, Inshore, Near shore) anywhere.

Take a walk or ride a bike and go sightseeing at historic Ft. Morgan or at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge or take the Ferry to Dauphin Island. Boat, jet ski, kayak canoe, paddle board... on Mobile Bay, in the Gulf or in nearby Little Lagoon.

Play golf at one of the 3 Championship golf courses: Kiva Dunes, Peninsula, and Gulf Shores Golf Club. Dine nearby at Sassy Bass Amazing Grill, Sassy Bass Cookout Tiki Bar, Village Hideaway, Fort Morgan Pizza, Jesse's on the Bay or Tacky Jacks. Great Stay!
We stayed in town for a soccer tournament. We don’t like crowds and high rises. This place was absolutely perfect. We swam in the pool and bay. The condo was very nice and super clean. The owners were very kind and responsive. We hope to return!

Quiet spot to unwind. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves most of the time. Great fishing on the bay and surfside. Was hoping the surf side was a bit closer, but got there quick and plenty of street parking available. The unit was clean and spacious with a nice view of the bay. Quick responses to all of our inquiries. Would definitely return!

Amazing Getaway!
Our experience at Navy Cove was everything we could have asked for! Ashleigh and her daughter were very helpful with a maintenance issue at condo and pleasant to deal with. The condo itself! We loved it! Lots of room for our kiddos and us. Beautifully decorated. Clean! The views!!! Stunning! So close to the beach and bay and without all the people. We loved how it was families around us and always something new to experience. We have found our forever getaway 😁 we laughed about giving a bad review to keep this hidden gem ours but could never do that! It is truly a place of memories ❤️ thank you for allowing us to create lasting memories in your beautiful condo!! My girls are still daily packing their dolls and dragging their wagon through the yard saying they are going to Alabama.

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced! Add another $450.00 to your rental total!
1) Sand on floor when we first walked in multiple rooms. 2) Sand in the bed under the comforter in the extra bedroom. 5) View was great of the bay. 6) Ocean was natural, not the white powder sand as some places in the gulf. 7) This location was not for families in my opinion. LOTS of drunk fishermen coming in every night and we were uncomfortable in the pool. 8) NO WHERE in the condo is it posted what they want you to before you leave, nor in the rental agreement. We did the normal things you do in a condo. Load the dishes in the dishwasher, gather towels, take trash down, ect. Toilet seat lid was completely rusted in the main bathroom when we got there. Only attached on 1 side, but carefully sat back on the seat. It came off during our stay and we sat it to the side. Honestly thinking the owners must know. How do you not see the rusted back of the toilet? About 45 min after we left we get a message not asking us about it but just charging us $450.00 for damages. We tried to find out exactly what was being charged and it was extremely vague responses. They are stating we stained the comforter and they will have to replace, Saying it was stained from make up (only after I asked multiple times). There is no way in that 45 min anyone would have time to wash it to see if it was even a stain? This + the sand in one of the beds concerns me that bedding isn't washed between stays. Very stressful end to our vaca. Owner turned extremely rude once we left & tried to communicate.

Perfect location
This spot was nestled perfectly between the calmer bay and wilder (wind and waves) open ocean. We made use of both and the pools and rested so soundly back in the condo. It was a short trip but our new favorite vacation spot!

Fabulous communication with owners. Lovely condo and balcony overlooking bay with boat docks. Condo clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend. We had 4 adults but could comfortably house 6. Perfect weekend.

Great condo stay!
We enjoyed our stay for spring break. It’s a beautifully decorated condo and wasn’t very crowded. Also has lots of dishes, etc that you will need. We met several owners while we were there who were all very friendly! Definitely a unique condo experience in that regard since often owners aren’t very friendly to renters. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great condo!
This condo was perfect for us. The views of the bay were great and we were greeted with dolphins right when we got there. The balcony over the pool was amazing for keeping an eye on our kids. The walk to the beach was short, and the neighborhood was quiet. We used the boat slip, and it was nice. A boat lift would have been nice, but it worked just fine. Beds were comfortabe, all of the furnishings were updated, and Ashleigh was easy to.communicate with. Thanks for a gtrat vacation!

This property is amazing!!! By far the best place we’ve stayed through VRBO. Condo was beautiful and clean. My son and I did some fishing right in the harbor while my wife and daughter played on the private beach. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The property was very accommodating for myself, husband, and 3 teenagers. It was very clean, well organized, and felt like home. Our stay was perfect. We were down for a softball tournament and the field are around 25 minutes from the location. We also visited Fort Morgan which was a short 8 minute drive, very nice place to visit. The beach access was right across the road not to long of a walk but we enjoyed going to the Gulf Shores public beach where we were able to play volleyball at the nets., it was a short 25 minute drive. I would definitely book again and would had stayed an extra 2 night if those night were available.

My husband, mother in law, and newborn had a relaxing “staycation” (we live in nearby Orange Beach) at this condo and it was great! The view of the boat slips, bay, pool, and palm trees is spectacular and there’s so much to do right on property. The beach is right across the street and the condo is well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be booking again.

Home away from home
This was our first stay in this unit but it will not be our last! The unit was so comfortable and had everything we needed. When we arrived I had to reach out to the owner for a question and she was very quick to respond and even checked back in with an update. The property is beautiful and we cannot wait for our next trip back!
