Guests can unwind in this serene retreat after a day of hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, fishing, hunting, or jeeping on its large outdoor patio with babbling stream. Feed the ducks and deer with fawns in the summer. Enjoy your time in Gunnison at our tranquil house close to all the action in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. Western Colorado University is on the other side of town, only a mile away. Take a picturesque, 40-minute drive to either Mt Crested Butte or Monarch Ski Resorts.
