"Wonderful stay. Impeccable service. Remote but rustically decadent. So relaxing and cozy during our stay between fall and winter. We missed the peak fall leaves but that did not detract from the natural beauty of this area and we still enjoyed the waterfalls of Oirase gorge and the small loop around Tsuta pond greatly. If anything the onsens were even more enjoyable in the cold weather, and we were grateful to have the opportunity to stay in such a historic and well-kept ryokan. "
"Really nice and clean rooms. Onsen bath can be overcrowded at times. Think of 10-20 people in a relatively small onsen bath. As it is near the station, there are international travellers who may not understand the culture.
There was a latino man with his half japanese child and they were chatting and talking very loudly. The 7-8 year old kid was splashing water around and swimming in the onsen bath.
Otherwise, it was a really nice and pleasant stay.

"Hotel has some nice Nebuta float style items in the lobby location has parking right next to it and other contracted ones nearby if you have a rental car. The room itself is your typical Japanese room, small, big enough for your bed and that's it. It was a bit dry but they had the heat on since it was pretty much under 8 degrees the entire few days we were in there.
Staff was nice, obviously because this is not Tokyo, staff speak very little English so you should use your translator app/device if needed. While I was there, they did have a fluent English speaker there that made everything a lot easier as well.
Location is close to the waterfront where you can then follow to the Tourist building then to the museum and A factory and Beach."
"Thank you all of staff, have made our wonderful holiday , we are happy and grateful customer will come back again and will refer more relatives and family to visit your hotel
