The room was spacious and clean, except for those unprofessional front desk staffs. The first male staff did not explain the deposit and vacation fee, and did not smile at all. Though I understand every hotel requires deposit and vacation fee, this is very unprofessional that he just directly record my credit card without a word. Also, there was another female staff very impatient who yelled at us to open the front door by key card, and never greet to us. I just want to say this is a fine hotel, but I wish you can train your staffs more.

"The front desk staff was very accommodating and understanding. But our first night we had spiders on our bed and the front desk got us moved to a new room within 20 min, that was the only good part of our stay in terms of service. Our bathroom was not cleaned once during our stay, the shower floor ..."
