It's worth noting that the road is definitely suited for SUVs and trucks with AWD or 4WD, especially during rainy conditions. But truth be told, the drive adds to the overall experience and excitement of reaching this hidden gem. As true off-grid novices, we were grateful for the hosts' patient explanation of the cabin's off-grid electrical system. They ensured we had all the information necessary for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Even when we used GPS to follow their lead, the accuracy of the directions was spot on, guiding us to the cabin's gate.
