The hotel services were excellent and the staff were impeccable going over and above, no requests were too much and i would like to say a massive thank to Dac Vu from the butler team, he helped us out massively when our tour was rescheduled and can not thank him and the team enough for helping us out. Superb hotel in Central Hanoi near to all the main attractions. Brilliant breakfast but the pool is very small and it can be hard to find a spare lounger.

Loved the Sofitel Hanoi. Staff and property were exquisite and walkable to main Hanoi attractions. Awesome spa facility and great restaurants and bar. Also a great cigar menu and lounge for those who partake. Will stay here again.

The hotel is top of the line with amazing and very helpful concierge and front desk. They arranged tours for us with short notice which were great. we missed a bit of Hanoi because we tended to enjoy the hotel as an oasis from the frenetic city. Highly recommend this wonderful historic hotel.
