"The resort was clean, inviting, and quite a hidden gem of Bahia Principe properties. The staff at this resort were friendly, several spoke English, and most were knowledgable. Having access to 4 large and very nice pool areas was great. The room was okay but the room cleaning staff was excellent. The food at the buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide variety of options. The ala carte restaurants Asian Fusion and their Rodizio Grill was excellent. The beach area is vast, very walkable, and very pretty with lots of palm trees. There were plenty of chairs with palm umbrellas in the beach area. Now there was a couple issues that I had on this resort. The usual suspects of pool chair hogs every stinkin day that the resort needs to better address ( There are signs at literally every pool cabana and umbrella to address the issue but obviously the offenders cant read!!) Second issue is reserving the ala carte restaurants. You go to their computer or personnel at resorts main lobby and its very hard to find any open reservation other than 8:30p-9:30p openings. Everyday visits to the concierges in main lobby to try to find an open reservation or an earlier time was a daily pain in the rear. Overall I was happy with my visit to this resort. I didnt want to leave and I will be back."
