From the moment we arrived, we were taken back in time the home’s architecture, antique touches, and beautifully preserved details made it feel like we were living inside a story.The house itself was spacious, full of charm, and perfectly blended old world character with modern comfort. We loved exploring the unique features of the home, from the creaky staircases to the cozy fireplace, and every room seemed to have its own personality and history to share.The best part, though, was the view. Waking up to the rolling Appalachian Mountains spread out before us was breathtaking. Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch at sunrise or watching the sun dip behind the hills in the evening, the scenery was absolutely magical.This isn’t just a place to stay it’s an experience. Perfect for anyone who loves history, mountain views, and a sense of peace you can only find in the Appalachians. "This is our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The house is equipped with literally everything you’d need. Misty is so responsive and accommodating. The porch was the perfect place to sit out and enjoy natures views. "

"As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. Will book again. "

"Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails."

"We had an awesome time riding the Hatfield & Mccoy trail system. Easy access right from the cabin to 3 trail systems and possibly a 4th if you wanted. Cabin was very nice and clean with everything we needed for the 5 of us. Alot was included and the owner was very accessible for all our needs. Once we unloaded we had access to everything with the sxs and atvs. If you are looking for a great place with beautiful views and close for riding, this is the place!!!"

"Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice!"
