The floors inside were some kind of vinyl and were gritty to walk on. Bed matress was comfy but sqeaked when rolling over. No sugar or creamer in the container. The pictures they have online do not look anything like the rooms. Everything in the room was damp. White sheets were yellow. Holes in the wall from old tv mounts. Asked for a refund and they said no. We’ve stayed here before with no issues. We were pretty sure it was coming from tenants smoking right outside our AC unit, as well as above us in the balcony. Clean room be needs updating. Internet would not work and no cell signal inside due to metal in the building leaving us to stand in the parking lot to talk on the phone or get on the internet. Everything is old and run down from the sauna to the pool. Tv has spectrum but so slow to change channels we gave up on it. Parking lot floods when it rains.
