"Let me start this review by saying I liked the overall experience and have no complaints about the staff or property.
Here are some things I liked about the hotel:
- Beautiful common areas that gave me an old time hotel feel.
- Condo was roomy and had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils.
Condo had a washer/dryer in the unit.
- Hotel and Condo had a very clean and fresh scent.
- Hotel and condo were both visibly clean.

"The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and the hotel is located in a great area. My only suggestion is they should sell some Blue Jays merch since that's the theme of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Convenience location for my event commutes. As good as Residence is from Marriot which above the average on this level hotel in the market. what i mean is Marriot any level is best than the other brands in everything.

"Perfect stay!! Lovely cottage style guest house. Our visit exceeded our expectations. All details on the property were on point. AMAZING open space view of nature and beautiful lake. Location was ideal in a nice neighborhood area. Truly a 5 star rating. Rhonda and Simon our hosts were very welcoming and responded promptly to any inquiries, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the property to its fullest and used the kayak that’s provided. Highly recommend this serene lakeside property. Thank you to our hosts for having us. "

"The stay was so good. The house was very clean and had everything you would need, from sheets, towels, spices, pots/pans, plates, etc. The beds were very comfortable, the TVs all worked, and all appliances worked. I had rented the house to stay after having surgery in Tampa on Friday morning. When I got home, I went right to bed. It was very quiet, cool and comfortable. Can’t say enough about how comfortable the home was."

"Beyond exceptionally clean, very friendly staff. The General Manager is also extremely kind and compassionate. I couldn’t have chose a better place for our first family vacation in Florida. I will always look for this place everywhere we travel to! I would say the TV thing could be updated, as it’s cable or something, and the younger generations, myself included, aren’t familiar with it. Everything was so great though, I’m very happy with everything "

"This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It did not disappoint! The property had plenty of room for our teens to spread out, as well as things to do together in multiple rooms. It was very clean and the host was great about communicating. We had all information to check in smoothly before we arrived at the property. Definitely a great place, and would definitely recommend."

"House is amazing. House was very clean and just the right size for our larger family. My wife said it was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The views are great. Everything as pictured except the beach area which is not there. House still deserves 5 stars as it checks all the boxes if you’re looking for quiet spot on the bay. "
