Upstairs: a bedroom with a 180X200 bed and a television, a bedroom with two 90X200 beds. Private parking on the property which hosts another detached gîte. 20 km from the west of Rennes, this old barn, completely renovated in 2022 on the site of an old farmhouse located 700 meters on foot from the Ille et Rance canal, will seduce you with its beautiful interior volume and the conviviality of its layout. The mix of wood, metal and fabric materials creates a harmonious whole conducive to relaxation. The living room, very bright with its large industrial-style bay window, opens onto your private outdoor space, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. You are close to the Bézardière pond 500 m away (walk) and the 11 locks hiking trail accessible directly from the gîte. Located 4 km from the 4-way Rennes - Saint-Malo, you easily reach all the major tourist sites of the Emerald Coast: Dinan 32 km, Saint-Malo 47 km, Cancale 52 km.
