"Beautiful, tranquil and rustic spot by the Loire, looked after by the most fabulous hosts. We were welcomed with a lovely surprise of bubbly, moules frites and fromages. Slept like a log each night and explored local towns, chateaux and vineyards each day. We were sad to leave and would be very happy to come back another time."

"The staff were nice! But we had to pay 20 euros for sheets and towels as they were not included with the room. This was not stated until after the booking was made. Also the beds were basically just sofas, not very comfortable. Cheap just for a night to sleep but I would not stay there for more than a night."

"We stayed for just one night and were blown away by how stunning the chateau and its views. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive without being fussy.
We stayed in the Napoleon suite which had incredible views of the Loire from the balcony. The room itself was huge with beautiful period furniture and features. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with double sinks and shower and all necessities supplied were good quality.
We enjoyed great food and wine in the restaurant with a 3 course meal plus some additional delicacies.
We definitely felt like we’d had a chateau experience and would recommend as a beautiful place to stay

The owners have great pride in the place and attention to detail shows at every corner. The only letdown was the small number of staff, that impacts the service a bit. Right from our easy check-in to the delicious meals, by Chef Jeremy Gilbert, we were extremely impressed and pleased with every element of our stay. The Chef even made off-menu vegetarian meals for us, to ensure we had variety.

Only thing I didn’t know is that I had to pay extra to enjoy the jacuzzi (why isn’t it included ?). I needed it to warm up bc coming from Miami, the drop in temperature was brutal :).
