Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber die Stadt Schirgiswalde ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Leider gab es auch deutliche Schattenseiten. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Über uns hat anscheinend eine Fusballmannschaft gewohnt. Man hörte jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus der Wohnung über uns. Manchmal war das kaum aushaltbar, und wir haben das Weite gesucht. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Rundweges der Tausend Teiche, man kann hier lange spazieren gehen, schöne Radtouren unternehmen sowie die Flora & Fauna der Natur bewundern.
