Le personnel de réception est déplorable j ai fait ma reservation par votre site il y a environ 1 mois. En arrivant on nous a annoncé que les trois chambres n etait pas disponibles ! Devant mon etonnement on m a informé que "l agence de voyages" nous avait retenu 2 chambre doubles et une triple mais avec un matelas par terre ! J etais outrée d abord parce que je n ai jamais fait appel à une quelconque agence et vous le savez...
"Tourism is not well developed in Annaba. The hotel was nice, but isolated and staff had difficulty in arranging transportation. Add that an only occasional acceptance of credit cards and ability to exchange money and you have a tourism problem. "

Staff was exceptional especially Yacine during breakfast, Sabrina la governance and her cleaning crew. Receptionists were also exceptional!
