Had a great experience at the Intercontinental Saigon. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a lot of different options. The location was amazing, walking distance to most of the shopping malls. Would definitely stay here again next time I come back to HCM.

Centrally located and Splendid Hotel

Comfortable and the location is excellent in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. Further, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The service is remarkable and excellent. It make our stay very happy and pleasant.

Staffs are friendly, room is neat, and clean, but it does not have a notebook, and pens to write. Staffs at reception, as well as dining areas are nice, friendly, and professional. They also help to call taxi for me, and they also help to load my luggages into taxi for me. I will definitely like to return to stay at this hotel again, and will promote this hotel to my friends as well.

A well keep older type property. The price is a little on the high side. Staffs are mostly pleasant, especially from the club lounge. However, many times the staff outside the door ignored me, avoid eye contact and did not offer help with a taxi until I ask.

The hotel is in a great location, and it has everything you'll need and more. special shout out to the Buffet team on Christmas eve, we had reservations out off site and there was an issue, walking off the elevator i made eye contact with the Chef and he walked over and asked if we were joining, gave me a tour and we decided to, the dishes were like nothing we have seen at even larger buffets, the quality and creativity of the dishes could have each stood on their own at an ala carte resturants. staff was warm, food was great, resturtant manager came over to say how happy he was we were there and you could tell he meant it. rest of hotel was nice, good chair in in room, Steam and Sauna were nice and a good place to meet people for a chat, gym was good enough and pool is getting redone. bellmen were always great.

Amazing customer service and consistent comfort!

We stayed at the InterContinental Saigon for a little over two weeks, and had a splendid time. The city view room was breathtaking, the daily breakfast buffet is incredibly good with an unbelievable range of options that should satisfy anyone. There always seems to be 2 to 3 staff members readily available for any question, or even if you look like you have a question. The waiters at breakfast were day after day so very pleasant and attentive. The same for the staff at the check in counter, and the attendants at the door. The fitness center and spa are amazing. Again very clean, very updated, everything works, plenty of space. We also enjoyed the spa twice during our stay and the massages were top notch after a long day of walking and traveling. Definitely would stay here again!! The bed was sooo comfortable.

I am disappointed at the quality of the hotel. I expect more from an international 5-star hotel or least on par with others. The room is ok but it is outdated. The rod to open the curtain is old and doesn’t function properly. There is no bidet and the bathtub knob is rusty and very hard to turn off the water. I was panicking for not being able to completely stop the water. Most importantly, both my partner and I feel very discriminated by the staffs in my own country. I have been to many 5-star hotels locally and internationally but I have never felt like this. We arrived at 9am for breakfast and was assigned the table right at the entrance, I asked to change the table, they come back 10’ later saying all the tables are full, but I clearly see many tables have been cleaned for other international guests. They abandoned our table, never clean up the used plates or refill water. I have to pledge the down all the time. I am not going to come back to this particular hotel, I hope the managerswill train the staffs on being fair and not discriminate against Vietnamese who paid full price for the room and services.

善し悪しあり

チェックイン時間の数時間前に到着したものの、暫しの後すぐに通して頂きました。レイトチェックアウトは100ドル程度の追加で18時まで叶い、これまたゆったりと過ごせました。スタッフさんも皆丁寧、コンシェルジュや朝食も満足です。ただどうしても解せないのは、中華レストラン。接遇がとても悪いです。オーダーは忘れ怠慢。宿泊者向け割引率20%は勝手に15%にしたり。道理で週末ディナータイムでも数組しか顧客がいないのかな、と残念に思いました。
