Really cute design. Front desk staff were nice. Towel in the bathroom was dirty and had not been changed, with a lot of very obvious makeup on them from a previous guest, pretty gross, but there were lots of towels and I was only there a night so I didn't say anything and just avoided the dirty one. The listing makes it look like there's a gym but there isn't. Apparently they give a pass for one "down the street", but did not want to leave the building in gym clothes so that was a disappointment. The sparse room and concrete ceilings meant that I could hear every move of the cleaning staff in the rooms above me and it was LOUD. No mini fridge. Basically cute design and concept but could use some upgrades and more attention to cleanliness.

Rebecca the front desk manager was absolutely amazing, and so welcoming and helpful. It was my birthday and she made sure to really make me feel so special. The car service was also an incredible surprise and really made our trip so much better. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nita and Garrett at the front desk were exceptional. Kyle at the bar made great drinks and offered some great suggestions on restaurants. Hotel was walking distance to the places we wanted to go. Will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was great and room clean. Loved that they gave us endless supply of water. One negative was we got married on this trip and my husband wanted to surprise me with rose petals on bed which the hotel says they do. But when they found out we booked thru expedia they would not do it. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful property! Can't wait to stay there again!
