Positives were the pool area was very nice and also offered shade, the beach was an easy walk, and the layout of the house was great. It was well suited for ages 5-70\. The elevator was good for my older mother, but it often got stuck on other floors and someone would have to go reopen and reclose the doors to get it to go again. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work. We notified the property manager but no one ever came to fix it or offer to bring ice, so we had to buy it all week. There also were some dirty glasses hanging in the bar area that managed to attract ants, so we had a small stream of ants for the week, even after washing the glasses.
