  • Relax, Unwind and have a great time at Two Beaches! We have everything you need for an amazing time away. We are in the beautiful community of Serenity Point which is located at the southern tip of Topsail Island ~ allowing you beautiful views of the Topsail Sound and tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean which are both just steps away. Walking to either or both beaches daily offers you much quality time with family and friends or just long reflective beach walks. Right next to our condo is the private community Pool which is for Serenity Point members and guests only.
    Our home has two bedrooms, one loft, three full baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two porches and an outdoor shower.
    We think our condo is great for up to five people!

I brought my great nieces and their mommy with me for our beach stay, it was the girls first time at a beach, your home, was so comfortable and beautiful that they felt at home . It was amazing. Everything was perfect, we tried our best to leave it that way when we left.

Wonderful house at Topsail Beach

My family and I thought Two Beaches was a wonderful house. The location is terrific! The owners are very thoughtful in the extras provided from beach chairs and umbrellas to detergent and coffee pods! We had a great stay!

Had a great stay at Two Beaches - we will be back! Pool was right next to the house and the beach is about a 5 min walk. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

We had a great stay as a family of 4 at Two Beaches and would definitely come back. We loved having access to the sound, ocean, and pool. We enjoyed using the bikes, wagon, and beach chairs in the shed and allowed us to pack a little lighter. We highly recommend this location!

Spring break getaway

A warm and inviting home set in the perfect location. We had easy access to the beach and sound. Hosts provided great suggestions for local spots to check out. We already miss Topsail!

Just Perfect

This property is perfect for beach lovers and those seeking a peaceful vacation for a couple or small family. Those who like fishing or kayaking would love this place. The owners have supplied bikes and beach chairs that made this just perfect! Lovely home and neighborhood.

Salt Air, Ocean Breezes, and Relaxation

Wonderful time in this little get way at Two Beaches! Perfect for our family of 3. Mara was attentive without being intrusive, property allowed for enjoyment of both ocean and waterways (great for win the Rip Current is brutal). Will definitely be back again.

Topsail Island trip June 2023

We enjoyed our trip to Topsail very much! The Two Beaches home was comfortable and clean and had lovely beach decor. It was just a short walk to the beach or sound and close to the community pool. We would definitely recommend this home! Angie B.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was wonderful and we had no real complaints. The listing is accurate and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The property is very conveniently located at the very tip of the island and is the perfect spot to enjoy both the sound and the ocean. The property owner was so helpful and available any time. In my experience, this property owner was one of the best we have ever had.We would recommend this property for anyone that wants a laid back beach vacation.

Wonderful house with everything you could want/need! Wonderful Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Two Beaches! The property was amazing and was exactly as the pictures showed online. Everything was clean and accessible. We also are so appreciative of our hosts. Mara & Barry were so communicative and helpful from the start! Beach was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

Excellent location and great house! We loved the easy access to the sound (beautiful sunsets!) and the beach. We walked a couple extra minutes south on the beach and there were barely any people around and super fun tide pools every day. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

We had the BEST time staying at Two Beaches. It was our first time at Topsail. The home was super clean and well equipped with beach gear and bikes for the whole family. My kids said the couch was so comfy they actually slept there a couple nights! Communication with the owners was a breeze and they made check-in and checkout super easy. We will definitely be back soon!!

Our stay was fantastic . Mara’s and Barry’s place was cozy , comfortable , super clean and tidy and overall had a very inviting vibe . We had a beautiful view of the intercoastal beach . Arriving after Labour Day allowed us to enjoy the quiet neighborhood all day . The community pool was only a few feet away from our rental and big enough to do laps . The beach on the Atlantic side of our rental was endless and great for running or walking . In summary , we loved it all !!!

Great experience!

The house is cozy, clean, updated and well decorated! Very close to the beach access and the sound side beach is perfect for toddlers. The kitchen has everything you may need and all bathrooms have hand soap and tissues. Even the outside shower had a hand soap too! Mara and Barry are great and helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach townhome and would absolutely book again! Cleanliness is my number one priority when traveling, and this property exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless from top to bottom, and everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and cared for.One of the nicest surprises was that the blankets and linens were included. Not only were they exceptionally comfortable, but they smelled freshly cleaned, which immediately made us feel at home. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras that were provided, including coffee, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and hand soap. These little conveniences made our arrival so much easier and were a pleasant surprise.The host was also wonderful to work with and even checked in via text during our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the accommodations. That personal touch was greatly appreciated and demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.The location is fantastic—a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to Banks Channel. We spent many evenings enjoying the breathtaking sunsets, and the front deck provides plenty of space to relax and take in the view.One thing we noticed was that the house lightly “shakes” at times. We weren’t quite sure why, but we’ve stayed in another townhome directly across the street that did the same thing, so it seems to be related to the structure or construction style common to beach properties.No regrets!

Relaxation and beauty awaits!

Two Beaches was a wonderful home away from home during our visit to Topsail. The property is stocked with everything you would need, including bikes that we rode almost every day. Having an outdoor shower, along with three indoor showers really made end of day washups a breeze with a family. This was our first time at Topsail and I can't imagine staying anywhere else but this beautiful neighborhood and property. Also, the property owners were the most attentive I've ever experienced through VRBO. First class
