When I sent an email the second day to Topsail Realty, no one answered my email or addressed the concerns for our entire stay. We absolutely love the old style beach house with so much character and charm. SOB was like staying with family, was so comfortable and met all of our needs. Our 2 Westies were also a part of the family time and we so appreciated that we could bring them. The house is solidly built, so no noise issues like a lot of beach houses have. We also loved the separate downstairs kitchen/living room with the 2 BR and baths. Plenty of room, everything you need and a million dollar view. This house is a convenient location to areas that you want to visit. Our stay was during the ease up of Covid.
