Perfect Family VRBO! 3 Bedroom, Sleeps 8 CLOSE TO TOWN!

A great place for the whole family! This 1600sq ft 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is the perfect townhouse for a large group of family and friends. This VRBO is tucked just minutes from town in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Come here to relax and cook and get a good night's rest after all your Alaskan adventures!

This cozy townhouse comes with a fully stocked kitchen with a table that seats eight. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has one set of bunk beds and a set of twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a also half bath on the lower level.

The single car garage has a deep freezer where you can store all your frozen fish. There is also a propane grill and grilling tools available to enjoy that fresh catch right at home!

Pack-n-play, highchair, and stroller available upon request.

Owner may approve stays shorter than 7 days. Message with requests.

Great Place & Good Location

We needed a place to stay while we all went to a class in Homer. This housed all 4 adults comfortably. Any interaction with the host was positive and she helped with anything we needed promptly. The price was great for what we needed. I recommend this place for anyone needing space for more than 2 bedrooms.. There were 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms and kitchen & living space downstairs on main floor with a half bath. It had every kitchen amenity you need, single car garage, washer & dryer and well we were just very pleased.

Lovely!

This property is perfect for any stay in Homer. I’ve stayed in multiple rentals in Homer and this was by far the best! The location, the set up of the home, the cleanliness, the comfort of both the beds and couches! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on-not kidding! I would stay here a million times over and can’t wait to book when I return! What a cute, updated, comfortable home in the perfect location.

Beautiful Property

We reserved for two nights but due to issues with our travels, we only got to stay one. Lindsey offered a late checkout which we didn’t need but we were really grateful for the option! The property was very spacious, definitely bigger than we needed. The King sized bed was so comfortable! We frequent Homer in the winter, so we will definitely look out for this property again!

Homer Fishing Vacation

The property was great. My only complaint is the electric range. Although everything worked the burners would not stay hot enough to cook the dishes I had planned. Otherwise, everything was great.

A great rental for families - with some needed fixes.

Overall the townhouse was what we needed. The beds were comfy and blankets warm. There were many stains on the carpet, a broken bed, broken door trim on the front door, torn / stained pillows, and missing furniture / furnishings from the listing photos (recliner, curtain on the sliding door). Lindsay was easy to communicate with and it was in a pretty great location. She did acknowledge prior knowledge of the stained / broken items (mostly from beginning of the season) but she hadn’t had time to tend to them yet. With all the necessary fixes and remediation that needed to happen I’m stunned at the listing price. We had to buy extra trash bags as there was only one extra kitchen bag included. But, I would absolutely stay there again. Regardless of the broken / stained items, we enjoyed the included Uno card games, the cozy beds, and of course our time in Homer.

Homer house

Nice house with plenty of room. There was only two of us but we could have had our entire family stay with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Quite location and easy in and out.

Home away from home

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my 5 person family. We cooked two family dinners and had all of the utensils we needed plus lots of seasonings and such. The owner went out of her way to get us a great server at a local restaurant, which was amazing! Grilled fresh Alaska salmon on the provided grill too!! One of the best vacation properties we've stayed at

Great inside of home

The inside of the home is bueatiful the neighbourhood is rough looking. There is no view of the mountains. Thats the two negatives but there were many positives. The decor, the layout, comfort of this property is amazing. The property looks new on the inside and the property was also very, very clean.

Excellent amenities

My friends and I came into town for a few days of fishing. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but what time we did spend was truly a pleasure. The bedding was super comfy, the kitchen well proportioned, and other thoughtful touches (deep freezer in garage was useful). We would definitely recommend this property.
