"My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Turquoise @ Hoopers Bay Beach. The cottage was immaculately clean and looked exactly like it was pictured on the website. The location was mid-island, which was perfect for exploring the island. Our host was very responsive to the texts we sent and offered great suggestions for outings. We loved the beach area with its shaded area and spent a few lazy afternoons there. Overall, we had an incredibly nice stay at the Turquoise @ Hoopers Bay! I highly recommend staying there."

"We stayed in Sunrise Villa with Four Turtles on Hooper's Bay. They have two Villa's, so the property would be perfect for two families that want to stay near each other. The location is perfect!!!! You are right in the middle of the Island, so everything is close. We talked with many other families that rented VRBO's and it sounded like we had a much better experience renting from Four Turtles. I would definitely rent a car, so you can explore the island. The beach here is so peaceful and private. We thought it was one of the best! There is also a beautiful garden that you walk through to get to the beach. We felt very safe here!! The Villa was extremely clean. It has everything you need. The beach towels, paddle board, life jackets, chairs, cooler and shade are all a plus. We felt like they thought of everything. The Wi-Fi worked great! The property has an RO system, which is very convenient rather than using plastic water bottles. Make sure to grab some cheap snorkel gear on Amazon. Something you may want to bring yourself being that they go in your mouth. :-) We used them everywhere we went. The Villa feels brand new with a warm modern touch. The host and property manager are top notch. They respond very fast and are extremely accommodating. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you Marie-Laure!!!! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this villa and fell in love with Exuma. The surrounding property is very-well tended and planted with a variety of fragrant flowering tropical plants and palms with a pristine and mostly deserted beach only steps away. The interior is beautifully laid out and comfortably furnished with a modern island feel. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Appliances are brand new and of high quality. The front patio is a great spot to start and end the day with a water view and the companionship of a very sweet local cat. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels and the amazing tent. The host was very responsive and provided really helpful information, from where to rent a car to the best places for groceries. After exploring by car, we came to really appreciate the location which is close to both the airport and the main town, and ideally located within one mile of two smaller grocery stores, one with a pharmacy. Definitely a 5 star experience all around in a very special place and we can't wait to return."

"Our family stayed at this beautiful VRBO in Hoopers Bay over spring break at the end of April, and we would stay here again and again and again! It was absolutely perfect for our family of four — the size of the home was just right, with comfortable beds, laundry on-site, and literally everything you could possibly need for beach adventures: flippers, snorkel gear, a paddle board, kayak, tons of floats and tubes… you name it, it was there.The beach at Hoopers Bay is stunning — soft sand, calm waters, and just steps away. The location itself couldn’t have been better either — close to the grocery store, the center of town, and as an unexpected bonus, we were there during Regatta Week, which made it even more special! Definitely rent a car, it is worth it.What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the hospitality of Eric and Lidia. They are true angels — some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. We arrived on Easter Sunday when most restaurants and stores were closed, and they invited us to a picnic at their home. Our kids especially connected with Eric, who took them to cut down coconuts, hosted a beach fire, and patiently answered our curious 8-year-old’s endless questions about island life.Their kindness, warmth, and the love they put into their home shines through in every detail. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering Exuma, this is the place to stay!"

"Had a wonderful time on Exuma in the Pink Cottage. Location is excellent on the island and the property was in great shape with absolutely no issues or complaints. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy, he responded quickly to any questions we had. Bed was comfortable and a/c, and all appliances worked perfectly! Highly recommend!"
