"We had a fantastic time at Second Wind! The house was perfect for our group, and the location truly can’t be beat. Centrally situated on the island, it was just a short golf cart ride to town or Tahiti Beach—and within walking distance to On Da Beach. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast and coffee on the porch, and ending the day listening to the sound of the ocean waves. The house was clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. This was my eighth trip to Elbow Cay, and Second Wind was by far my favorite place to stay."

"Greeted by nurse sharks and sea turtles at our dock.. easiest boat dock to park at in the Abacos.. House is amazing, clean, and functional.. call a ferry and your in town or at hope town inn in less than 2 minutes.. location is really perfect"

"My husband and I recently visited Hopetown and stayed the Beach House. The home is absolutely wonderful, the beach is amazing and the views are breathtaking. We were so impressed with the home and the host Kevin. He is so welcoming and incredibly responsive. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, utensils, etc. and plenty of towels and beach towels as well. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Kevin also provides a very detailed list of things to do, contacts on the island and details about the home once you book and the information is definitely helpful. We booked a half day boat trip with Captain Francis’ charter and it was so much fun. The local restaurants are great as well. It was our first time visiting Hopetown and won’t be our last! Thank you Kevin for opening your home to us, it is absolutely amazing!"

"We are beyond thankful to have found Ocean Gaze! We have a big family and a boat and finding a beautiful property to stay in on our annual trip to Abacos was not easy. From the moment we stepped foot in front of the house, we knew this house would be special and we were speechless.Every space in this house was perfect. Each bedroom space has its own bathroom with is ideal traveling with adults. The living spaces are beautiful and the kitchen is the heartbeat of the home! So much space for everyone to enjoy meals together and several women in the kitchen.The pictures do nothing justice at Ocean Gaze. From decor to comfort to the outside living and entertaining space at the pool, AND THAT VIEW! We hosted a dinner for our group at out home with Chef Carlton, and his wife to prepare the most beautiful Bahamian dinner. David is lovely and was so gracious with all my questions. Clara, the OG concierge was amazing and very responsive to any concerns during our stay. Cannot wait until next year as we have already booked our next trip!Thank you, David and Clara! "We loved the cottages. Very private with no access by road, but with the provided dinghies all of Hope Town is easily accessed.Karen and Robert are always nearby but never intrusive. Karen met us at the dock with a golf cart to help move all of our baggage and food to the house. Robert brought us a bunch of bananas, grown on the property, sweetest bananas we've ever eaten. Pool is a great break on the way home from the beach. We came over in a 38' Cruiser and were able to park right out back. At night, you can sit outside and hear the waves of the nearby ocean. Experience true Bahamas living! We will be back!"

"A family of turtles greeted us at the dock when we arrived and every morning of our stay! Makaira was comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The boat slip at Lubbers Marina and the dock at the house were very convenient for our boat. The house is super convenient to all of the fun spots and restaurants. We all really enjoyed the week in paradise!"
