The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice).
The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

We stay here for a few days every summer because of how convenient the location is and how affordable the price is. If you're very particular on how you like things, this is not the place for you. The rooms are dated but clean. The beds aren't five star, but they're actually really comfortable. The air conditioning always works (which is always my biggest concern) and the check in/check out staff are always friendly. You should not stay here if you're used to the Ritz. I've seen reviews of people saying they could feel sand on the floor sometimes, but it's the beach, so of course they can't get up every grain of sand. I'm very low maintenance and as long as it's clean and the air works, I don't really care about anything else. We will definitely continue to stay here!

Amazing stay! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The deposit is only $11 (for parking), which is very reasonable compared to other hotels.
The staff are incredibly friendly and always available, truly one of the best parts of the experience. The rooms are spotless, and I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been consistently clean and comfortable.
You really don’t need to leave the hotel, everything is right there! Pool, restaurants, bar, shops, and an awesome café with delicious ice cream and cupcakes.
The ocean view is beautiful, and the parking is easy and spacious. For the price, this is easily one of the best deals you can find in the area. Highly recommend!
