"The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal.""

"Hotel has much to improve to be considered. Room ac did not work, room door did not lock, its not a central ac unit so its not nice, lack security and hotel presentation is not plesing. If you look for easy overnight stay without confort it is your hotel, but again, there is much to be improved."
