Not worth it

It wasn’t what we hoped for. I tried twice to message the app to ask a week before, but I got no response. I I thought about canceling and I should have. I was celebrating a birthday and I was looking for something close to the center of Zacatlan so that we could easily walk there, even if a little far away. Un the information it says it is about a 7 min ride to the center. It is not. It is T least 15-20 minutes and a very rough road for most of it. We arrived late at night and we’re given a ride there from the bus station. They couldn’t accept credit card because of the time. The lobby looked like a bar and had an unpleasant odor. Also, upon arrival the internet did not work. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was a good size, though. Our first morning we went to find out about ordering breakfast fast and we could not find anyone. When we wanted to return to the hotel we called for more information and we’re thinking about requesting a ride, but we could not get through. We finally ended up getting a taxi there. The second morning we were able to order breakfast, but they were very busy, so the service was slow. Most of the breakfast was good, though. I would only recommend this if you want to gr away. There is a lovely view and some of the buildings have some character (could be made into a very nice place). However, the price was the same as what we were quoted at some hotels in the center of town and supposedly this was a discount in app.

Terrible experiencia, cero recomendado, el camino para llegar esta imposible, es pura terraceria, no hay agua caliente en la habitación, está muy sucio, hay animales en las camas, esta super descuidado el lugar, el agua en el baño no se va! No es como las fotos!

La propiedad es muy linda, pero está alejada y tienes que tomar un tramo de terracería. No es problema, pero tienes que tomarlo en cuenta. La habitación limpia y cómoda en general, pero al bañarse, el agua de la regadera llenó todo el baño y todo el piso de la habitación quedó también mojado y sucio. A las áreas comunes les falta mantenimiento, pero es muy bonita y tiene muchos árboles frutales y vegetación.

El lugar es muy bonito, en medio del bosque para alejarse del bullicio de la Ciudad, sin embargo considero que la limpieza se debe realizar diario, las sábanas huelen a tierra y no hay calefacción.

el lugar es hermoso, mucha paz, el desayuno es muy rico, nos atendieron super rapido y muy bien a pesar de que fue en plena semana santa y habia no muchisima pero si habia gente, todo esta muy limpio, un lugar con una vista impresionante de zacatlan en las alturas
