Check in information was inaccurate (room front door # listed as Key Cafe # leading to frustrating check in), only one key available instead of 2), cell phone would not work from room...had to go outside for cell service, no soap nor conditioner in bathroom, coffee table was dirty, had another MINT reservation scheduled for next trip - cancelled immediately - never again - what a mistake at any cost.

Kitchen and laundry were nice. There was slight damage to a wall. Also, check-in instructions were incomplete, leaving out the code to access the building and elevator key. That was resolved easily through a call.

We stay at this location frequently and always enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything we need for a comfortable stay. We love having access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and common areas, plus the private patio is a great spot to relax. The location is perfect — easy access to groceries, right on the Bayou trail, and just steps from Hermann Park. The only downside this time was that only one elevator was working during our stay, which got a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything was great as usual. We’ll definitely be back!

At first, they gave me a room that was in bad condition, then they gave me a better one, they even gave mi an upgrade. I was there 5 years ago, everything was new and clean, now you can see and feel things got deteriorated. That is the feeling I got of the whole building.

Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost.

Great location to be near all hospitals. It was clean and very equipped. The only big inconvenience to us was the fact there are no TVs in the rooms. When you have just left the hospital and have to lay down, you want to be in your bed not on a sofa in the living room.
