The Space:
This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Houston’s Hilldale neighborhood is perfect for families or small groups. It features a king, queen, and full-size bed, a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C, a picnic table with umbrella, and a BBQ grill. Self check-in is seamless with an August smart lock. Clean, comfortable, and minutes from everything Houston has to offer!
Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire home and all amenities. This includes the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, outdoor patio, picnic table, BBQ grill, and driveway parking for one vehicle. Please make yourself at home!
The Neighborhood:
Located in the peaceful Hilldale subdivision, this neighborhood offers a nice residential vibe while still being close to the action. Enjoy tree-lined streets, easy access to major roads, and nearby shopping centers, grocery stores, and eateries. It's an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.
Getting Around:
You're in a prime central location! Driveway parking is available in front of the garage (fits one car depending on size). Houston’s top attractions, Galleria Mall, Memorial Park, and local dining are just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available.
Other Things to Note:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Upon request, you must provide copies of your service animal’s current licensing and vaccination records. Please note that ""licensed"" and ""licensing"" here refers solely to the basic registration of animal ownership, not to any certification of your animal as a service animal. Your service animal must never be left unattended. Guests will make advanced notice that they will be bringing a service animal as part of your reservation and confirm your compliance with all service animal-related regulations specified on the Booking Channel.
