"When we first arrived, our room had a “sewage” smell. We let the attendant at the front, Veronica, know. Right away, she set us up an another room. She was so helpful and kind. All of the staff was. "Beautiful home in a pleasant neighborhood. Ed was very responsive with communication and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding! The fresh flowers, coffee, and all amenities were very welcoming. Our family loved the outdoor seating area, and we enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi immensely. "There was assignment error of the bed I was suppose to be given. The bunk beds are NOT stable on laminate floors. A/C is poorly that I saw another attendee take and use a portable fan. The houses used are NOT modern looking like the images shown on this site. The roommates were friendly though."

"The location was not bad but down the road the environment was a little underwhelming. But the location was perfect in terms of where I wanted to visit to have fun. Most restaurants or adventure were only 15-25 mins away from the house to go into midtown/downtown area. The property was clean and the hot tub was ready . The beds were comfortable as well. The neighborhood was quiet too. "
