Although this is a fairy new Hotel. My king size room was quite pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioner was so up to par. Sometimes i had to turn the air-conditioned down. The 43 inch television was clear to watch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe! Thank you boutique for your housepatility. KAJ.

The staff was not the friendliest of staff. I normally never have issues but they were not very welcoming. We checked into our room and the left for our party. We arrived back at the hotel very late and our rooms ac didn’t work. Had to go down stairs and have our room changed and it was like we were bothering her. They were finally able to move us rooms but this should not have ever been an issue to start with.

"The bathroom wasnt clean the toliet had brown stuff on the side at the bottom. Also when flush and randomly made noise a screeching noise. All through the night... The view of the room was a brick wall.."
