Lake Retreat With Hot Tub

The Cozy Nest is an adorable three-bedroom, pet-friendly cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake lake. There is a private, 4-person hot tub overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your use. Fiber optic wifi will keep you connected. There are a couple of bicycles available for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as a canoe, tandem kayak, and paddle boat to venture out on the water. Shipshewana is a quick 15-mile drive away.

Cedar Lake is great for fishing or enjoying the water. It isn't good swimming off our shore. But the views are amazing!

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed plus a day bed with a trundle. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a desk. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The hot tub runs all year and accommodates four people.

Cute lake place

Overall this is a nice place to stay. Plenty of spices for cooking available as well as mixing bowls mixers spatulas Etc. The hot tub was nice and we got to take the paddle boat on the lake. This made for a nice getaway for my granddaughter and I.

Stayed here for my daughters 17th birthday. It was perfect. The view was great, hot tub was a hit and the space was cozy. The bed in the single queen room was uncomfortable to me but it would not deter me from booking again!

Overnight stay at Cozy Nest

This property was as advertised. Location was so peaceful and clean. Host was a great communicator, had property ready for our check in early, and went above and beyond by having some food and water available if we needed it. So appreciated. I can’t think of one thing that wasn’t perfect for our night there! Thank you Greg!

Absolutely a Great Stay!!

This home has it ALL! Our trip was to Shipshewana and we chose this home based on its proximity. Also close to Michigan where we enjoyed an Italian dinner. Greg made sure we had all the amenities including coffee, tea, and even items for S'Mores. Also provided bikes, boats, & wood for campfire. It rained while we there, but no worries...Greg had plenty of games and TV with Internet and You Tube TV. We will definitely be back!! View is gorgeous of Lake. Hos

perfect cozy getaway

What a cute little place! Perfect for our family and dog. It looks out at the beautiful lake and comes with all sorts of extras like kayaks and bikes. We stayed in the winter so we didn't take advantage of any of the water items but we did make a campfire and s'mores (ingredients provided at house). We also chilled in the hot tub. We had the most relaxing time! The location of this property is great - a few.minutes from stores for groceries, the amish town of Shipshewana and a short drive from hiking trails. Greg was so welcoming and kindly checked in via the app to see if we needed anything. Looking forward to coming back to the cozy nest next summer!
