"Lovely little place perfect for our family vacation. Very central to everything with a beach and fish pond right across the street. The owner was easy to reach if we needed anything and communication was stellar! We were surprised at all that was there when we arrived, such as stocked items in the freezer and cupboards paid forward by previous guests and playing cards and books in the drawer when you have some downtime. Absolutely all you need and more for a very good price!"

"Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!"

"It's clean, decorated nicely, and a great location. However there were several things that were less than ideal. There was no written wi-fi code, and it took quite awhile for the host to get back to me and she didn't text me with it like I asked but told me where to find it on the VRBO page. Difficult when you can't get online. I managed it by using my phone as a hot spot. I also had to hunt for the pool key (it wasn't where she told me it would be). And, we had to wait 3 days to get a parking...

One recommendation would be to add an umbrella. Otherwise, very well stocked! My only negative feedback would be regarding cleanliness. "You will feel right at home in this very clean, cozy lush environment. If you’re looking for a change of pace tucked in a beautiful environment look no further. My 15-year-old son and I stayed here for 4 nights and felt right at home.
