“A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. Surrounding information sheets with information and instructions on how to use everything in the house, including the washing……

“Vi var tre personer som bodde här i två nätter. Lägenheten var i gott skick. Det var nära till allt. Lugnt område. Smidigt att kunna laga mat i lägenheten om man inte vill äta ute och ordna med frukost som passar alla. Dock mycket sliten soffa och fåtölj. Fanns ingen stoppning kvar. Men de tre sängar som fanns var bra.10 minuters promenad från tågstationen.
Skulle gärna boka här igen om jag återvänder till York.”

“I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet.”

“The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it.
