Excellent ! We will be back… we were stuck in traffic so ringing ahead, we were able to order food and they kept it warm. My partner, tired from a week in hell at work knocked her wine over..another appeared as if by magic. I had to make an important call … they, without being asked turned music down.wow. The staff are amazing, as are the rooms, bed, bathroom and food..we will be back ! Many thanks guys.

Check-in was limited to 10pm, when calling to say I would be 5 or 10 mins delayed, I was told check-in closes at 10pm. I asked if it was possible someone could wait 10mins, I was told check-in closes at 10pm.....speechless. Room walls are very thin, people say drinking in courtyard all night, very loud drinking till late and then more on the porch too later on.

Lovely place to stay
A really lovely stay. Made to feel welcome and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful with lovely complimentary toiletries. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were situated round a courtyard so there was no noise from the pub and they were clean and tidy. A fan would have been useful as the room was quite warm. Evening meal was good, breakfast was a bit mixed. Poached eggs were cooked just right, but sausage a bit spicy and we didn’t like the ketchup or beans

A great little place in the countryside
Fantastic little Inn I was expecting olde worlde charm but it is very modern inside fabulous rooms, comfy bed and great bathroom with every thing you could possible need, but what really makes this place stand out is the wonderful people who welcome and wait on you - so friendly, helpful and well just good fun!!

Comfy bed (very important!) and lovely shower. Rooms are completely separate to the pub which is ideal. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Breakfasts are excellent.
