This condo is a great stop over before you head to Island Park, Yellowstone or Jackson Hole. Stay if you travel for work, while you check your child into BYU-I. Perfect if you are here for a wedding in the LDS Temple or visiting family for a reunion. Also allow longer rentals while visiting family or moving into a new home. Price reduced for over 30 day stays.

All new appliances. Use as a stop over to buy groceries and supplies or stay the summer and visit the area and family. Also allow traveling nurses. Condo has a large fenced backyard with large patio, trees, gas BBQ and Patio table, chairs and umbrella. Enjoy the summer breeze and stars on a clear night. This condo is located conveniently to the airport, mall, restaurants, shopping and LDS Temple, Costco, etc..

Stay while you visit your child at BYU-I. Located just 30 minute from the college. Enjoy all the amenities of a fully furnished home with a washer and dryer and Hot Tub. This is truly a bargain and very comfortable. You won't want to leave once you have stayed.

Enjoy walking in a quiet neighborhood or attend the LDS church located just across the street.

Stayed at property for a wedding in Rexburg. Very clean and comfortable. Only downside was we couldn't find the WiFi network so we couldn't connect to the internet. We were doing wedding things all weekend so we didn't need it too bad.

Would not hesitate to stay again. Exactly as promised. Hot tub is a hit as it is inside a covered garage type area. Bring your own internet as it is very slow. Not a knock on the property just a reality of the company servicing the area.

Comfortable, Cozy Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It is centrally located to the downtown area of Idaho Falls with convenient access to the freeway. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals. There are several grocery stores within 5 miles. The Wifi has a weak signal so if you are needing to remote work, this may not be the best fit for you. They have DishTV so there are plenty of options for movies and music. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
Clean, spacious, close to airport and easy access to highway. Made for easy day trip to Yellowstone. Individual temperature control in each room was a nice bonus for our family! Property manager was quick to respond to text during the stay to resolve issue with the WiFi router. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and quality
We stayed for two weeks and explored so much of Idaho. Everything was nice, clean and comfortable. We especially loved the private jacuzzi after hiking mountains, kayaking and visiting sites. We loved Bear World, Jefferson County Lake in Rigby, Craters of The Moon Monument, West Yellowstone, Jackson Hole and the LDS temple in Idaho Falls. This was so much better than hotels or camping....

Comfortable and well appointed
Home is well maintained clean and very well appointed with nearly anything you may need. Beds were comfortable and nicely furnished. Nice to have washer and dryer with supplies needed available. Had lots of kitchen supplies. We used crock pot and toaster. At previous places we have rented we had to buy kitchen towels silverware etc no need for that here! Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others as well.

This location was like a beautiful home away from home. The condition of this town house was absolutely wonderful and everything in the home worked well from the shower to the hot tub! We will definitely try to stay in this same location on our visit next year!

Convenient for our family visit.
Updated inside baths & showers. Very clean. Beds pretty comfortable. Pillows, as in most places we have stayed, aren't the best. but it's tough to have pillows that please everyone! Gas grill was nice as we had the family there for BBQ & hot tub one night. Love the code entry, so much more convenient. Beware of the glass top on coffee table. It is oversized (maybe not designed for this table?) and slides around. Some rubber pads (a few bucks at Home Depot or Walmart) between table and glass top would probably solve this issue. Also, if there aren't towels by hot tub, check drier. We found out after using it that there were 3 more in drier. The heat was funky to figure out. Main thermostat in LR and one in all other rooms. Directions in the binder for adjusting would have been helpful. Overall, a clean, updated convenient place (10 min from my daughter's) to stay for a few days.

Clean property, well appointed, in quiet community
Our family came to Idaho Falls to explore a potential job opportunity. It is always more economical for us to find an Airbnb rather than a hotel. This property was great for our family. It was clean, smelled fresh, everything was in good working order. It had plenty of space, plenty of beds, TVs, etc. for everyone. Kitchen had all the appliances and things you would need to create any meal. Nice and quiet neighborhood meant undisturbed sleep. We don't know the area well, but it seemed like a pretty good location for us to get to wherever we needed to get to easily. We never had time to take advantage of the hot tub, so I can't review that. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area.

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable...A beautiful place to stay!
We had a lovely time! The house and yard were lovely, comfortable and exceeded all our needs. Plenty of sitting and sleeping areas for our whole family. Location of the property close to stores, restaurants, parks, etc. Management very kind and helpful. The only downfall was we kept having to switch the breakers (5-10 times/day) It was a hot week and that may have accounted for it. The window A/C units were on due to the temps but it seemed too much for the system to have more than a couple lights or a TV on on top of that. We could never use the microwave as it would cause the power to shut off. Flipping the breaker fixed it every time though.
