“This establishment is amazing! The rooms are cozy and roomy. If you're visiting for the races the grandstand is just a short walk from the hotel. The island is very accommodating in general but the biggest star of the show is Lucy. She helped me get a bicycle delivered to the hotel for me to ride around on, then showed me where to dry my clothes after the island gave me a free shower. “We had an amazing time! Hotel is lovely, clean and well presented; the owners can't do enough for you! We could not fault this hotel, everything was as you would expect from a 4 star property. “A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. “Gray little gem in the Douglas, only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. The staff are wonderful and very understanding and helpful. The rooms and spacious and it’s one of the very last hotel that can cater for a family of 5.! Their restaurant as well is great. Amazing food ! Cannot recommend this place more ! ”
