"Good location. Noisy until late from the bar. Dirty room with hole in the wall. Mostly polite staff, one rude staff member checking in. Maybe good choice for younger party crowd."

"Less expensive and budget friendly. Amenities available like Onsen and table tennis. Laudry is also available. Distance is the disadvantage. It's a little far from the city center although still walking distance. "

"The property and staff were AMAZING! The location was perfect, in walking distance to Happo One. I loved the traditional style of the accommodations. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to ski or snowboard during the day and a touch of traditional Japanese when it is time to rest and relax."
"The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. "
"We stayed at the Apartments Hakuba last minute when our original hotel proved to be extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The owners were quick to respond which made our last minute booking easy! Only thing I would change is making the beds more comfortable and providing some coffee or at least a standard coffee pot, only option was a little Nescafe machine where you needed specific pods, so we had to leave to grab coffee each day since we didnt have a car. Also, I called the main number to book a transfer on our day home and they set it up, then a couple hours later knocked on our door and said they coudln't provide the transfer because we didnt buy the package that included it. I wish they would have allowed us to pay or gave us the transfer anyways since they made the mistake and originally said they could. Overall, I would stay there again! "
"I have visited this property four times since 2012. The hotel is beautifully nestled in the forest and lit up with pin lights, the rooms are lovely and spacious and come with a deep plunge bath. It is convenient to walk to the slopes, on the main shuttle service and one can walk to surrounding restaurants, bars and ski rentals.
But what stands this hotel apart is the impeccable service from the amazing staff.
During ski season they lay out your warm ski/boarding boots at the door, and they help you get transportation to the lifts. At the end of the day they greet you at the door with a smile, take your wet gear and swap back your warm personal shoes. There is a lovely lobby for an apre glass of wine and a fireplace for roasting marshmallows. They help you find reservations to dinner and help you sort transportation to and from. I travel globally for work and leisure, from the smiles to the can-do, and truly helping guest I have found rare a team that could exceed in provincially my an amazing experience. So hotel I give top marks, and for the hotel staff, double that. 👍👏🙏"
"This place is perfect. The property is great.
Location is unreal. We walked to ski, to dine and to Lawson. The shuttles are super convenient and chill. The breakfast is great. Drying room is tip top. And the Onsen!!!! Wow. I plan on coming back anytime I’m in Hakuba.
Thank you Keyaki No Ki."
"Lovely staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable beds in basic but clean rooms. Great common area with nice amenities. We felt very at home. While the location is great for skiing - lift is right across the street, it was very hard to get into town, to grocery, etc. "
