With a private 8x3.5 metre swimming pool, a large garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, this property offers everything you need to relax and enjoy to the fullest. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and another with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, making it the perfect accommodation for up to 6 people. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need to cook comfortably. It also has WiFi and satellite TV channels. The property has private outdoor parking. It is located just 25 km from Alcudia beach and 3 km from the centre of the city of Inca, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars...
