"Das Personal war super nett,vor allem der Inhaber,sowie seine russische Angestellte. Wir waren nur zur Durchreise für eine Nacht. Wir sind Motorradfahrer, deswegen sind unsere Ansprüche nicht so hoch. Pool war super,nicht voll. Zur Durchreise kann ich es auff jeden Fall empfehlen."

"We had a good holiday here with our friends from the UK. Vedat, one of the waiters in the restaurant was a star for us, looking after us extremely well. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for all meals - no problem there. Such a shame that the alcohol on offer as part of the all-inclusive stay was of poor quality. We do realise that the hotel is catering for people from all parts of the world and that not everybody appreciates quality alcohol..."

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "Alanya tatilimizin en güzel yanlarindan biri Loovox Suites de kalmak oldu. Odalarin güzelligi disinda, büyük bir titizlikle hazirlanip bize sunulmasi bizim cok hosumuza gitti. Bugüne kadar kaldigim en güzel ve en temiz Otel desem yalan olmaz. "The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "
