Check in was 6pm and although arriving at this time the property manager advised she was not going to be there to meet us as we were arriving later in the day than she expected? She mentioned coming over the following morning but never followed up on this and it was disappointing to pay a £300 ‘concierge’ fee and at no point did we meet the property manager and she was not very pro active in contacting us.
