We chose this property because it had free parking. Easy walk into the main area of Killarney. Lovely room and the staff were helpful. Free filtered water station to refill water bottles at the entrance was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved this hotel it was gorgeous! Staff was beyond friendly. The location is close enough to walk into town. There is a great restaurant on site and breakfast was wonderful.

Charming property with free parking in front of hotel. Location was convenient and about a 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Gas station beside the hotel and across the street. Gas station across the street has a mini food mart, with coffee stand, hot food counter, bakery and quick grab prepared foods if you want to grab food on the go. Great Argentinian restaurant down the street (5 mins walk) for amazing wood burning pizza, award winning empanadas and Argentinian BBQ. Easy to get to Ross Castle and Ring of Kerry by car.

This is a very nice hotel with parking (small lot) in the middle of lots of things to do. My son hiked Carrauntoohil and I visited the ruins of Muckross monastery and then the Muckross Estate. There were lots of shops & restaurants in the village nearby. Everything was within a 15-30 minute drive. The breakfast was a combination of a buffet and several menu options - all delicious!

Gorgeous hotel & an absolutely wonderful room. Amazing bed & shower! Most of the staff was truly wonderful, with the exception of one horrible female server in the restaurant. On two separate days, she was incredibly rude. Once to me directly, for no apparent reason. We were polite, quiet and simply ordered a drink and meal from the menu. No special asks and we were so happy to be there, were in happy moods. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. But the next day, we were next to a table of two lovely, older ladies - and this same server was so rude to them, we couldn’t help but notice. We felt terrible for the ladies, as they had literally just arrived and seemed so startled by how rude & aggressive the server was from the first moment. The ladies asked to speak with a manager, who was lovely and tried to put the women at ease. I also leaned in separately to reassure the women that they didn’t do anything wrong and that we had a similar exchange the day before that startled us. Of not for this one dark spot, I would have given an extra star - because this really is a lovely hotel and again, the rest of the staff was great!
