Então é ruim isso. O café da manhã é bom, mas a reposição deixa a desejar. Sempre está faltando algo. Acaba o café ou todas as xícaras estão usadas ou acaba pratinhos, etc... Nos quartos seria legal ter ganchos pata dependurar as toalhas porque elas acabam ficando nas escadas das beliches. Recomendo...

I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight.
Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens.
I changed accommodations after 3 days.
I love Sao Paulo and will be back.
But I will not return to this...
