The staff here are amazing. We stayed for two nights to kick off our East Coast tour. The air conditioning kind of worked, but was horribly noisy and not very effective. We couldn’t run it at night because it was too loud so things got a bit warm. Soap etc was satisfactory. Breakfast was limited. All that said it was decent for the price, clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable, and it was super quiet. A special shout-out for the friendly and helpful staff.

Found the staff were great, however wifi connection didn’t happen and our room wasn’t ready for check-in time. Room shower rod was disconnecting from the wall.

None of the advertised amenities were provided. when I inquired (we had NO pots or pans, the stove top was not working, there was a second unplugged fridge stored in the room, no hook, bar of place to hang towels in the bathroom), I was advised that 'housekeeping can drop off pots/pans if you wish'. But they did not drop anything off nor did they provide any of the amenities advertised nor did they address the other issues I raised. Another couple staying in another unit shared that they also were not provided with the advertised amenities.

The bar fridge leaked all over the floor. This was brought to their attention which they ignored. I brought it to their attention later the same day & ended up cleaning the mess up myself. Apparently it was due to a power shortage. The AC worked but was extremely loud and rattled. Various issues exist with deferred maintenance including a faulty shower door that would not close, loose toilet paper holder etc. There was pink mold in the shower. The carpet in the halls is worn out and stained and needs to be replaced. The lobby was cluttered and dirty Definitely would not stay ever again
